Counselling
Counselling is offered in 90-minute sessions at $90 AUD.
I work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, overwhelm, burnout, or neurodivergence. My approach is trauma-informed and supportive, with space to explore patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be impacting your wellbeing.
I also work within family systems where helpful — including supporting parents of children and teenagers with ADHD, or couples navigating the impact of late diagnosis — to implement and gently review strategies that support everyone involved.
Coaching
Coaching is offered in 60-minute sessions at $60 AUD.
Coaching is a more forward-focused, practical space. These sessions are less about the past and more about making change in the present — clarifying goals, reducing overwhelm, and building systems that work with your brain, not against it.
This is a collaborative, action-oriented process, particularly well suited to late-diagnosed adults who want support with structure, accountability, and follow-through.
Body Doubling & Practical ADHD Support
Available in longer 3 hr sessions to allow time for settling, starting, and follow-through at $165 AUD
Body doubling sessions are designed to support task initiation and completion, particularly for people experiencing ADHD-related paralysis, overwhelm, or avoidance. This may look like quietly working alongside one another, helping you decide where to start, or gently maintaining momentum while tasks are completed.
Sessions are practical, flexible, and supportive — focused on reducing pressure and making tasks feel more manageable.
Check-in’s & Accountability
A flexible, subscription-style support option (no lock-in).
For a set monthly price, I provide personalised check-in messages to support your goals and routines. These might include gentle prompts such as:
- “What was your focus today?”
- “Have you taken a moment for self-care this week?”
- “How did you go with starting that task?”
Pricing is based on the frequency of check-ins and the level of support you’re looking for.
This service is not a replacement for counselling or coaching, but works well alongside them — particularly for accountability, routine-building, and maintaining momentum between sessions.
Fitness & Nutrition (coming soon…)
While I am finishing my Cert IVs in fitness and nutrition, I can still offer check-ins and accountability services related to fitness. In the future, I will be able to host online and in-person PT sessions as well as group classes.
