I’ve been working in the mental health and trauma-informed space for over eight years, supporting people to build more stable, meaningful lives for themselves. Much of my work has involved supporting young people with ADHD, which has deeply shaped how I understand overwhelm, burnout, and the impact of long-term masking.
Through both my professional work and my own family experiences, I’ve seen how many people are being diagnosed later in life. That’s where my passion now sits — supporting late-diagnosed adults to gently build systems that actually work for them, reduce overwhelm, and move forward in ways that feel sustainable and authentic.
